4 oz. cooked pastrami

Mile isle sauce

Cabbage slaw

3 tortillas

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon red onion, minced

  1. Warm tortillas in a pan and place onto a plate. 
  2. Lay on mile isle sauce, then warmed pastrami. Top with cabbage, onions and cilantro

Cabbage Slaw

1 cup cabbage, shredded

½ cup tomatoes, diced, and roasted

¼ cup red onion, 1/8 inch diced

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

2 teaspoons garlic, chopped

½ teaspoon red chile flakes

1 teaspoon salt

½ tablespoon lime juice

  1. Combine and mix until incorporated


Mile Isle

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1 teaspoons Salt

1/2 quarts Mayonnaise

1/2 cup dried chile sauce

1/2 cups Ketchup

1/2 cups Pico de Gallo

1 tablespoons Yellow Mustard

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix with a whisk until combined.
