Quiche

2 tablespoons Onion, diced

1 cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 cup White Wine

8 each Eggs, beaten

12 ounces Half and half

½ tsp mustard

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Pepper

pinch Nutmeg

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a pot, combine onion, garlic and white wine. Cook down until almost dry. Add half and half, pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Pour this mixture into eggs and mix until combined. Pour into crust with other ingredients.
  2. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture is set. Let rest on counter for 30 minutes before serving or refrigerating.
