PB & J Burger

½ teaspoon oil 

Peanut Sauce

Jalapeno Jelly

Thai Basil aioli

1 tablespoon Cilantro

1 bun, toasted

6 oz ground beef, pressed to ¼” to ½”

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


  1. Heat pan with oil over medium high heat. Add burger and sear 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Flip over and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes until desired temperature.
  2. Place toasted bun bottom side up. Place peanut sauce on bottom, then jalapeno jelly, then cilantro. Place burger on top. On top bun, spread Thai mayo and place on top of burger. Serve

Thai Basil Aioli

1 Tablespoons Garlic , Minced

4 each Egg Yolks

1 ½ Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 ½ Tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 Tablespoons Black Pepper

1 ½ Cups Fresh Thai Basil 

½ tablespoons Salt

2 Cups Canola oil 


  1. Add all 7 ingredients into the vita mix besides canola oil and blend until smooth. 
  2. Slowly add your canola oil while blending until fully emulsified. Set aside under refrigeration


Peanut Sauce

2 tablespoon stock

2 tablespoon Coconut Milk

1 tablespoon Lime Juice

1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

½ tablespoons Fish Sauce

½ tablespoons chili paste

½ teaspoon Garlic, Chopped

½ tablespoons Ginger, Chopped

¾ cup Peanut Butter

1 tablespoon Cilantro leaves, whole minced


  1. Mix together with a whisk and let marinate for 24 hours under refrigeration
