Rasp Jam (Small Batch) 

1 pound Raspberries frozen 

2 cups sugar 

1/2 cup lemon juice 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

1 tablespoon gelatin, with 1/4 cup water 

In a heavy bottom pot: Combine everything but the gelatin and water then bring to a simmer. 

Take off heat and add gelatin I water mixture. 

beurre mix and chill.
