Honey Brined Pork Chop Ingredients
1⁄2 tablespoon oil
4-7oz. pork chop
Honey brine
Maple mustard
Honey Brined Pork Chop Method 
1. Let pork chop brine for 4-24 hours.
2. Remove from brine and dry off with a paper towel
3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
4. Heat a cast iron pan with oil. Add pork chop and sear for 30 seconds and place pan into the oven.
5. Let cook for 2-3 minutes and turn over pork chop. Cook until internal temperature of 145-155 degrees. Remove
from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve with maple mustard sauce and braised greens.

Honey Pork Brine Ingredients
1 ounces Honey
1 ounces Sugar
1 ounces Salt
1 each Bay Leaves
1 each Cloves
1⁄2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 Cinnamon, Stick
1 sprigs Thyme
2 each Peppercorn
1⁄2 cups Hot Water
1⁄2 cups Ice Cold Water
Honey Pork Brine Method
1​. Mix everything but the cold water, let sit for ten minutes
2. Add the cold water and your pork, let marinate 4-24 hours.

Maple Mustard Ingredients
2 tablespoon whole grain mustard Pinch salt
1⁄2 tablespoon maple syrup
Maple Mustard Method 
1. Mix together and let sit for 24 hours before serving.
