Breakfast Fried Rice Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons green onions, minced
2 tablespoons celery, diced
2 tablespoons mushrooms, chopped
2 tablespoons bacon, cooked
2 tablespoons ham, diced
2 cups jasmine rice, cooked and fluffed
1 ea egg, whisked
2 tablespoons maple-soy sauce
2 tablespoons kimchi
2 each egg, fried, warm
2 oz. pastrami, chopped
Sesame seeds to garnish
- In a hot pan, add oil. When hot, add green onions, mushrooms and celery. Cook until soft and browned lightly
- Add bacon, ham and rice. Continue to stir while cooking. Push rice to the side and add egg. Let the egg cook slightly. Once cooked, stir in maple-soy sauce. While stirring, cook until rice has browned slightly. Stir in kimchi and pastrami.
- Cook until heated. Pour onto the plate and top with sesame seeds and eggs. Serve

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
½ tablespoon Ginger, grated
½ tablespoon Garlic, minced
- Mix together and set aside
