Breakfast Fried Rice Ingredients

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons green onions, minced

2 tablespoons celery, diced

2 tablespoons mushrooms, chopped

2 tablespoons bacon, cooked

2 tablespoons ham, diced

2 cups jasmine rice, cooked and fluffed

1 ea egg, whisked

2 tablespoons maple-soy sauce

2 tablespoons kimchi

2 each egg, fried, warm

2 oz. pastrami, chopped

Sesame seeds to garnish


  1. In a hot pan, add oil. When hot, add green onions, mushrooms and celery. Cook until soft and browned lightly
  2. Add bacon, ham and rice. Continue to stir while cooking. Push rice to the side and add egg. Let the egg cook slightly. Once cooked, stir in maple-soy sauce. While stirring, cook until rice has browned slightly. Stir in kimchi and pastrami. 
  3. Cook until heated. Pour onto the plate and top with sesame seeds and eggs. Serve

Maple Soy Sauce Ingredients

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

2 tablespoons Maple syrup

2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce

½ tablespoon Ginger, grated

½ tablespoon Garlic, minced


  1. Mix together and set aside
